Return Policy

• Warranty Coverage: All genuine Mitsubishi parts are backed by a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty (whichever occurs first) covering manufacturer defects under normal use. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, improper installation, or personal damage.
  
• Standard Return Window: Unused, unopened returnable parts must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
• Non-Returnable Items: Special-order parts, electrical items are final sale and non-returnable (except for valid warranty replacement of defective genuine parts).
• Restocking & Documentation: A 20% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns. All claims and returned items must include a copy of the original invoice.

Cancellation Policy

• Standard Orders: In-stock items may be canceled at no charge anytime before they have shipped and left our facility. Once shipped, the order is subject to our standard Return Policy.
  
• Special-Order Parts: Once a special-order part has been ordered from the manufacturer on your behalf, a 25% cancellation fee will apply. Special-order parts are identified on the product page and at checkout, where these terms are disclosed prior to purchase
